Ok guys and gals, I started a fantasy league for 12 players.
League name is - The Mustang Source, Password - mustang, League I.D. #153631
The league is setup to draft players for you. I do this same kind of league with some other friends and we have a pretty good time.

Is this on Yahoo, MLB.com, or some other site?

I couldn't find it on yahoo...

Wait, it drafts the players for me? 99% of the fun of fantasy leagues is drafting your team.

I can create a yahoo fantasy league, I have ran a league on yahoo in the past. I would prefer to have a league where you actually get to hand pick the players though.

(Wait, it drafts the players for me? 99% of the fun of fantasy leagues is drafting your team.)

Have you ever done a Fantasy League with your friends? Drafts can take several hours to complete and they're not any fun.
I want this league to be fun and competitive, so I ask that if you are not going to follow what's going on in the league that you please don't enter. The other league I'm in has 20 teams and when some of the lower teams are out of the running they don't follow the league and some try to make stupid trades. With this being just a 12 team league there should be enough good players for every team

I don't understand what you are saying. Who else do you play a fantasy league with other than friends? I never said I wasn't going to follow what is going on with the league. I think yahoo has a no trade list the prohibits stupid trades and you can always have commish approved trades or the league votes to approve a trade. It's just a lot more fun if you get to pick who you want on your team. Drafting and filling out your roster is the best part of fantasy leagues. That's where you get to use skill in filling your roster, anybody can get lucky and win games with players given to them.

I never said YOU wouldn't follow the league, I was talking to one and all who decide to join the league. I was in a Yahoo league last year where people joined just to fill out the league and then didn't participate during the season, then when they were out of the running just started making stupid trades. My belief is with only 12 teams everyone should have quality teams therefore keeping everyone interested in their teams and the league.

I'm in too! Team name - Southern Crush. Is there a way to pre-rank the players for the draft? I remember doing that in a Yahoo draft before. At least it gives you some options...........

Yup there sure is... go to your team page, and click on the "Edit Pre-Draft Player Rankings" button, which is right under your team name and stuff

If I remember correctly on yahoo.com you can pre-select players you "wish" to have on your team, and if no on else has those players pre-selected you get those players.

I will probably join, just need to have some free time to set up my team.
