Will the "Shelby" version be optional as a package?

Will SVT be a little less deluxe(not so much leather and letters on the back) ??
The mules that are popping up have been somewhat de-contented.That way you buy a Cobra and specify a "Shelby "option package.

That might explain the somewhat wordy name of the show car.An inventory manager told me there will be 2 versions...like that means something.Could it be true?

Personally, I would like to see 2. Make the Shelby package $5k and make the interior, hood, Twin Screw, bigger brakes and appearance package available.

Make the Cobra a no nonsense car without as many bells and whistles and keep it under $40k

Could happen that way, actually, though I don't know why they wouldn't have just anted up and told us that to begin with.

But now I'm also getting excited by the 2008 Bullitt edition, which Motor Trend talks about on the cover of its current issue. Though unless they gave it a 50 horsepower boost, I don't see much of a performance advantage. But a great idea - a new Bullitt edition that ACTUALLY LOOKS like the original car!

I think that after seeing the pic of the "Shelby" at that car show that was yellow and had nothing else on it other than the Cobra badge and the Gt 500 wheels, it's conceiveable that they could have both a Cobra and a GT 500. I could see the regular Cobra coming in closer to the $36,000 end of the estimated price range. And then the GT 500 coming in at the $40,000 higher end. Do I think it will work that way? No. But I wouldn't mind it at all and I'd jump all over the regular Cobra and avoid the extra few thousand and just enjoy the bad **** car that it is.

This is the car I was referring to above for those who don't know what I'm talking about.

You know, I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's the way it turned out.

I cant speak offically, but this little beauty was at a car show in Atlanta, GA the past spring. I was under the impression it was the SVT design, but I honestly have no idea or information about it.

Hey Zodiac, if you've got 10% window tint as you claim and live in Atlanta or anywhere else in Ga. you better get it off. I got stopped on 285 perimeter by a State Patrol and fined for having 20% tint. Where do you drive around with the 10% tint??
