Thats a good price

That is a good price but I didn't know they made the 475hp kit for the automatic. I thought that the automatic tranny wouldn't hold up to it. Ask about that part of the deal. I would say try and find a manual transmission.

Not a bad deal, I was unaware of the automatics coming with that option as well. It's okay deal I would be interested to see what options it has and what condition it is. If its in mint condition that is not a bad deal. I would think 40 to 42K would be more realistic for a 2006. Check to ensure the SC warranty is intact if that matters to you only because Saleen has some ficky rules about upgrading the SC.
