Am I the only one on here that can't wait to see the Saleen? I've always loved the body styles and work to come out of that warehouse, hopefully this will further push my love for that company.

 

haha i was waiting till SEMA to see the saleen cuz thats when i thought it was coming out. but i was a bit disappointed from the roush soo i blew off the steeda and i donno what to expect from saleen. i guess im looking forward to it but im more nervous that they r gonna take it overboard

 

I am always excited to see a new se. But since everything I have seen so far has been on the ricey side and since saleen is usually pretty ricey I don't know what to think. I thought it was being unveiled at SEMA too.

 

I don't consider Saleen "ricey", I just consider them edgey.

I actually don't mind what I've seen from Steeda. I personally would put a stock Ford wing on in the Steeda's place, but otherwise I like it.

I like Steeda's suspension stuff and plan to go with it for my Cobra when my stuff wears out.

 

I'm interested more to see the bonspeed car then the saleen. I dunno, depends on what Saleen does with it all I guess. Right now I think a bonspeed hood and maybe a carbon fiber splitter for the front end are about all the body mods I'll be doing on mine anyhow. I haven't been overly impressed with any of the aftermarket kits yet.

 

If Saleen can do to the Mustang, what they did from 1984-1993 then Bravo! Otherwise we'll have another "Mustake" on our hands. Hey, I've created a new word, Hello Webster's...

I've seen it, and it is a classier looking stang, with some mean elements stirred in. In my opinion, it looks like it has had the most thought out of all the aftermarket companies put in to it. but since it debuts today, i'm sure a pic will hit this website within a couple of hours. The one for sure thing I can say about it, was that they took the fog lights out of the grill, and replaced the honeycomb pattern with a square type grill pattern. we'll see if thats the same. I'm anxious to see it again too.
