If so, it looks pretty sweet, just wish the hood was functional...

There is a long thread on this. And of course the hood is functional, it keeps the engine out of the rain doesn't it?

And re the ducktail, I like it a lot from the profile (not the back). That's the real-size ducktail like on the old cars--none of this two-inch, barely visible stuff.

It's nice, in an American Ricer sorta way. (For me).

Hood is nice (for the real strong look).
Grille is very nice.
Side vents upper and lower look good.
Ducktail, nice, but a little big.
Lower Fascia looks OK -- but way too low. It'll come off if there's a squirrel in the road.
Personally, I'm not a fan of side exhaust. But it sticks with the theme of the original, and looks OK.
Wheels are nicely styled (really nice), but too big, with too thin of rubber -- probably make the drivability stink.

For me, the car has a look that is somewhere between really nice, and "where's the blue neon glow, chain steering wheel, and fuzzy fringe inside the car" to finish the look.

I like the hood. If anyone buys one and puts it on a GT please post pics!
