They should be available in August or Sept but you could just drive down to Irvine Ca. if you can get through traffic and visit the Saleen Plant they give free tours and brochures see 1 in person they pics don't do it justice.

Since they are only making 500 and Parnelli got the 1st one I think they will be very collectable! Unlike the Shelby gt500 07 right now at 20 over msrp and the 1 I saw here in Co at $48k sticker thats $68k for a as you pull off the lot valued of $24k that makes a $40k loss as you drive it away I'd pay $51k for a 1 of 500 limited Edition numbered and registered Saleen any day take note Ford!!!!!!

Without the "15" emblems, it really looks great. The Boss stripe looks fantastic on the S197. Maybe Ford could take note of that and finally do a Boss version and most certainly with some performance mods in addition to the graphics. And they need to keep the gas port, too.

I love that car the more I see it... Love everything about it... and I agree with Lokius, those wheels would look awesome painted black.
Too bad only 500 will be made, and at $50K a pop
Now all Ford needs to do is duplicate this car as the new Boss!!
