That hood and ground effects are SO ugly. The louvres and the ductail and blacked out rear is very cool.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!And I'm not really into Drag cars!!!!That hood is awesome and so is the ducktail, it sure speaks of the older ('68-'69) drag cars!! IMHO ford needs to look at this one more for the SE's!! :worship:

That intake looks like it has a "mid section" or a "spacer" section added undeneath it. Its definately a three piece. Could there be performance parts for this thing already?

That hood looks retarded. Maybe they should add some air shocks and jack it up in the back about a foot also.

it's a chop, fellas. check out how the cowl hood doesn't line up with the body, especially in the 3rd to last pic.

Huh? What are you talking about? Trust me I do photochops and those are not chops. The cowel was mated to the stock hood thus you get the crease in it. It's just an add-on, and they cut out the part of the stock hood that is under the cowel.

I too agree with the louvers and blacked out rear.

The hood has got to go.

I think it would look better with a power dome hood like the one on the 2000 cobra R

I think that car is gorgeous! not a fan of cowl hoods myself, but for a drag car, It's not too bad. Give it a 2.5" Supermach hood with the same section in the flat black, and I'll trade organs for it.

Maybe your ISP has a system that filters out hideous hoods. Seriously, that thing is a crime against nature.

Well everyone has to remember this is a dragster, not a street legal car. It is rather quite evident when you think the hood creates one heck of a blind spot. remember people 5 inch cowel. not the normal 2-3 inch ones on street cars. I say if they sold everything on the exterior of the car as a kit with a 2 inch cowel then we would all be loving it. After all everyone likes the look of hte '03 and '04 Machs. Well this dragster is clearly designed after them, just doesnt have a shaker hood.
