With a house payment and another car it would be hard for me to pay over $40k. I'm def. on a budget.

Where's the 30-35K choice? I can't even afford to go after it at the rumored MSRP, sheesh! :bang:

That would have been the GT500 without the Carroll Shelby signature.

I don't think I'd want to pay over 40k for this car (before tax/title). It wouldn't matter if I made $10 million dollars a year, I would never pay a markup on a car on the matter of principle.

OT, Now THAT is a diecast collection!

If you sell that, I'm sure that would make a nice down payment on the Shelby.

Well, it looks like the $35-40K is going to be the hands down winner. Now, we have see the 'asking' price, and get the two to agree.

I'm assuming msrp + tax and liscense will be in the 45K range. So that's what I'm paying. I'm suppose to be #1 on the list and they have accepted a check for the car at msrp.

I've never paid 45 for a car for me, though the wife just got an new acura mdx. I'm in the midst of selling my house to buy a new one and it's pretty much paid off. Can you guess where my 45 k is coming from.

Best part of it, is that I told the wife about the car and she said, well darn you have to have that! And.....she's stacked. GOOD darn WOMAN.

How many do you have in total? I'd post a pic of my collection, but yours is so cool that it would make mine laughable.

Awesome work, man! Got a favorite?

Aww, c'mon, post your collection!! I have about 265 total with 255 out on display. Favorite you ask??.....hmmmm, very hard but i'd say the Lane Camee Edelbrock Shelby. It was the 1st time i spent over $100 on a single diecast.
