I was fortunate to participate in the endeavor to produce the Mustang Racing Technologies SEMA show car, the MRT Interceptor. I also was able to document the process, and Josh Bolger, MustangWeekly website editor, graciously published the article. Take a look...

Couldn't help but notice that on this link http://www.mustangweekly.com/2004/de...rt/mrt-end.asp
that pic was taken from this forum. It was orginally blue with white stripes, that is where I got my stripe idea from.

As noted in the story, we definitely were looking at Mustang forums, one of which was this one! There was lots of good input from here.

Did that ducktail come from CDC or was it made inhouse.

Have searched the forum and the MRT website. Still have not found any pricing info or when availability might be for the Interceptor. Would like to get more info as I am comparing various versions of the stang. Not sure if I want to wait for other SEs or buy one now.

I honestly could have missed a post though as I am still trying to catch up with all the postings.

The information has not yet been released on MRT's website. If I can find anything out, I will post here. Thanks!

Good question - let me try to confirm that. Since that was an important styling element on the SEMA car, my assumption would be 'yes'. However, I will get post again when I find out anything.

Thanks Tony,

Got an email from Scott also yesterday with the same info. I responded and also inquired if MRT was considering doing a turnkey version as well. Will post that information once I get a response. I want to know about the tinted headlight covers and the side camera mirrors....

Would be interesting to see how those work out.

Tony,

Maybe you're the person who can answer how the 1/4 window louvers (MRT-305) are mounted.

BTW, from Cincinnati also, Thanks
