I would like to see some although I won't be broken up if I don't. Ford has done a great job in updating and improving the Bullitt and Heritage wheels along with the ones designed for the '03 Cobra. The late Shelbys had 5-spoke which were unique, innovative, and very aggresive looking.

I thought they were the 5-spokes that were borrowed from the Mach 1's and just about every manufacturer used very simillar 'magnum' style wheels, weather pontiac, olds, or AMX....

Similar but not the same. The Magnums had black sections between spokes. The ones on the pic posted by Doug look like they are polished aluminum.

Guys i just wanted to say that my dad used to own a 69 shelby gt350 hertz model and his biggest regret to the day is that he sold it. We like the svt mustang a lot, but i would prefer if it would more like the 69 shelby

The '69/'70 model probably had the best stand of all the Mustang Shelbys.

I read somewhere that it comes standard with 18 inch rims and they ones that we currently see on the GT500 are the optional 19 inch rims

The only problem with updating any of the classic Shelby wheels is that because of the lack of space in the wheel wells, Ford will really have to flatten them out and really take the character out of them. I mentioned before that I don't like the lack of depth in the 05 wheel choices. That's why I'm not a big fan of the modern Magnum 500's, because they look flat. Even the Bullitts look flat when compared to the original Torque Thrust.

It would be hard to replicate the original Kelsey Hayes 10 spokes or the 69 5 spokes without making them look real bland.

I think even though they mimic the Ford GT, they look alot like the Corvette Z06 rims. I know this has probably been said already but. I want my two cents put in.

Yes it isn't an observation lost on the brand-x crowd either who make it a point of saying Ford ripped the wheel design off of the previous generation Z06.
