Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think Ford will be able to sell many more than 7500 of these things. If I'm not mistaken, they said that they were only going to make 5000 03 Mach 1's and ended up making over 7000 or so.
I think I'm going to have to have one of these. Time to liquidate the truck and bass boat. I think I can live off of macaroni and cheese and one pizza a week - hey, I did it when I was in grad school!
I am so psyched - I've wanted a Shelby since I first was able to drive. I've ridden in a 68 GT500KR coupe. The new car will beat the '68 by about 2 seconds in the quarter and you will be able to not worry about breaking something every time you go out.
I am now completely convinced that NOW is the golden era of the Mustang.

Well, I guess I'll be the first one........not impressed. I mean don't get me wrong, the motor part of the car (even though nothing is confirmed) will be sweet. I really hope when I see better pictures it will look better to me. I mean, you would think with the Shelby heritage they would have done something better than this. I'm not saying it is ugly by no means. I guess I am just a little dissappointed after all this teasing, and hoop-la for the last few months. It looks nice, but it is no where near as cool or as sweet as it could have been. It's just boring. O well !!!!

It will be noseheavy, but it will be pretty.
They need to make sure they have some of the original colors.
Already have lime gold and brittany blue - they need aculpulco blue. I'd have a hard time not coming home with one of those with LeMans stripes.
Z06 killer though? I doubt it seriously - except maybe in looks.

Look, I apologize. I'm not trying to start an argument. I'm just voicing my opinion. Also, if you'll notice in the quotes, I'm not the first to mention something about the II's. Even if my comment was not sarcastic.
