I'm disappointed that nobody went after the hood that was on the '05 concept. I was so ready to add that to my shopping list. .... unless I just missed it. Anybody see one?

 

Not yet, the closest I've seen so far is 3D Carbon but its reverse, and Bonspeeds concept was going after it but it looks like they ditched it last minute. I would love to see someone do it though.

 

I'll take the 3D Carbon if there's nothing like the concept, but, dammit... I really wanted to see one. Wish I could work fiberglass. I guess I'd better get to learnin'.

 

I tell you what I would like to see. Concept styled tail light!! I think that would be HOT!! Am I the only one think this???

Nope. I would like to see those as well. But, they really aren't that much different.

 

I think it was Kevin that said it, but it would make sense... something about Ford keeping that one fr themselves... I can see them telling the aftermarket that that design is pattented so that they can use it for the Cobra or something... perhaps a BOSS.
I don't want to wait that long though.

I'd love to have the concept hood and tail lights as well. I agree that FORD most likely is holding onto these for a different version of the stang (cobra, SVT, etc etc blah blah blah)

 

I think CDC is going to make the Concept front, hood and tail lights. I've been talking to a guy that deals with that company and he said that their looking into it.

I'm crossing my fingers.

Hey Toney, you should see if they can improve that ducktail... or perhaps build the rear bumper cover out a little farther so it has a smoth transition... doesn't look so cheap... the pieces that come down the back of the rear quater look all but glued on, and like it could be broken off fairly easily.
