the top one does look much cleaner not as choppy (look lower right coil)

 

there are a few details that are different at the bottom of the snakes, especially at the bottom right side... but not enough to say that it was changed

 

the second looks chuck full and the top one is just right you have to look at details guys...

The eyes and belly are different, other than that, they're the same.

93-04 Emblem 07 Cobra Emblem
Looking at these two side by side, I like the 93-04 Cobra emblem better. It seems to have more depth, I like the black between the teeth. I shows definition, the new one just kinda runs together. If you notice on the coil, the 93-04 emblem has a raised defined line through the coil. The new one has a line that seems to be flush with the rest of the pattern on the coil. I even like the smaller eye on 93-04 emblem, it gives it a more sinister sleek look. The larger eye on the new one makes it look cartoonish. I do like that the emblem is bigger on the side of the Shelby GT500 Cobra by SVT powered by Ford made in the U.S.A. It seems that if this is the new emblem and Ford will put this on all future Cobra's, that I might have to buy a couple of 93-04 Cobra emblem spares.

 

i like the new one better the eyes really have a get back kinda stare

 

Looks to me like they're very nearly identical, the only difference is that the bigger emblem on the GT500 allows for more black between the silver detail lines.

They are cast molds so personally I don't think there is a difference in the design at all, just the way they came out of the mold.
