Posted in the wrong forum the first time oops..

not sure how credible this is, but figured i would post it anyway.

567 HP at the rear wheels (dynojet)
3.55 gear
T-56 trans
2.5 inch exhaust with h-pipe
those are the mule details - it will be detuned to 500/500 for production and I imagine easily retuned.
pulls like no car I have ever been in.

He said it was a mule and a vert, so it's def. not production numbers. I think they will be easily achieveable numbers though.

If that were true then :worship: . I'd have to find someone to buy BOTH of my kidneys so I could but the car.

It sounds to me like there is a Ford GT hiding under the skin of a Mustang.

I'm guessing they're going to tune it lower than that on the hp.... I know there is a threshold for the class of car as far as insurance is concerned, and I was under the impression Ford was going to keep it south of that number in case it was a deal breaker for some of the buyers. perhaps I'm wrong. I'll believe it when I see it.

If I had enough money to buy a GT500, I dont think the insurance cost would be a deal breaker for me

I agree. Also, I'd rather get the HP in factory warranted form rather than taking a chance of voiding warranty by modding it. So give us all it has Ford, please.

Oh, who am I kidding, I'll be modding it anyway.
