Not sure if this was covered but will Ford offer the 07 Shelby SVT Cobra parts alone where you could buy for example, the front fascia and maybe use it on your 05 or 06 GT?

 

Most suppliers will let you buy parts; the don't get religious about replacement parts, and they aren't going to check what you have first. Even if they did, someone would just publicize a VIN from a totaled one, and everyone would buy using that.

Some parts are fine, say the ducktail. Others might surprise you -- say the rear defuser -- which MAY be dependent on the rear fascia AND a different exhaust routing, and some under-body parts, etc.... so you might find it is a bit of work and more expense than you thought.

Personally, I like the look of the Cobra better than the regular. But am not sure I need near 500 horsies -- so understand. But to a lot of people, it is offensive as you're just a poser. But it matters why you do it, and how much. If you make it look EXACTLY like a cobra with a 6 -- that's fluff. If you steal a few parts from many bins to customize a car and make it look like you want, then more power to you.
