Slowly, but, surely, the info is gonna start leaking out. It was like this just before the '05 was unveiled. First a few spy photos, then a little written info, then some real pics, then accidently released early mag articles. I'm so excited.

Can anybody guess or better yet know why it has a trailer hitch setup, or what the gaggle of switches are on the dash directly below the pillar pods and ac vent?

After doing calculations, and assuming the overall diameter was kept at 27"; 285's were closer with the 40 series tire and the 18" rim. It came to a 26.9, so yeah. Those could very well be 285's

Look at the interior, things like that could explain why there was a shortage of IUP (not sure if there is still a shortage or not)

I don't want to get into a what brake is better debate (piston vs. drilled rotors). But, this gives us an idea that Ford did things to maybe keep price down. Which is fine for me. I would rather see a Cobra in the high thirtys. If they start adding expensive features, that may push car into mid 40's. I'd have to consider a vette then at that price. I want a GT that Goes Like heck without mods(not to be confused with the shelby omni GLH) Oh I digress. We'll see something soon.

i very highly doubt it's getting the SAME engine from the Ford GT. That motor would be too expensive for even a Cobra.

It might be same displacement and FI but that's it...

At least the boost guage visible in these pics will quiet the ridiculous "5-liter cammer" rumours that magically seem to reappear every week or so regarding this car.
