2005 Saleen

Team Mustang Source
I like it and wish I had the money to buy one. I would lose the tail lamp cover and maybe the spoiler(I don't mind it but it looks better w/out it).The extended rear takes a little getting used to but overall its pretty good.

I love it. It's got the back end of a Plymouth Baracuda and the body of the Mustang. It's a match made in heck!!!! But in a good way of course . I think they could of done more inside, like adding a wood rimmed classic racing steering wheel and maybe a bit more color or flair or something and a metal stick with a ceramic ball on top.

It's starting to grow on me the only thing I don't like is the grate in the grill and I don't like the fogs in the grill like that. Looks cool except for that. Not sure I would want one. I'd rather have a cobra (when it comes out) for the price.

It took me a while - but I finally remembered where I have seen that rear spoiler.
In 1954 Gerber introduced a high chair / feeding tray for triplets. It did not go over all that well due to the fact that there were not that many sets of triplets.
Six months later I saw the molds for sale while I was searching for kit car molds.
Now I see who bought the molds.

I don't like the wing or the third tail light lense covered. Also the back end looks too much like the vette. I feel each of the tuners are over doing the car and it doesn't need a lot of drastic changes. I do like the Saleen over the Roush car, but I think I would just take a stock GT and the money saved and fix it up the way I want it.

Its not rice it is POPCORN.
Its not rice it is POPCORN.
At least you could say that the Roush will attract ricers to a REAL sports coupe. I have no clue who the Saleen is supposed to appeal to...
Still waiting for Cervini's Eleanor, myself...

I would take Cervini's car in a heartbeat over the Saleen. Come to think of it, I wouldn't pay over 30K for a Saleen because I'd rather have a factory GT instead.
