Here are a few pics of the '05 Roush GT I drove a while back. It had the five speed and is drop-dead gorgeous. I just think that adding $12k for basically appearance items is a bit steep.

Still, it is definitely a head turner!

12K for extra plastic? No performance improvement? Yeah that's going to sell like hot cakes. Let's just suspend reality for a second and say one could get a GT500 for MSRP. What would you rather have: Extra plastic for $36-40K or 450 horsepower for $38-40K?

That's a tough one.

Last I knew, the dealership STILL had the Roush. At an MSRP of over $38,000, it's most likely going to sit there a while, especially since the dealer told me they would not discount the car "one dime".

What an idiot.

A dealer here in town (Indianapolis) has 4 Roush's. Sticker around $34. Talked with them briefly, not discounting any, but not asking over sticker. Anyone think this is reasonable? Have a convertible GT on order, but getting impatient.
