X-Men Comic Strip Characters

well, I put aside trying to draw comic book characters, and am now drawing comic stip characters (actually, they are comic book characters turned into comic strip).
So far all I have are the heads facing forward... havent done any side views, angled views, but I've tried doing their bodies (which has become a disaster for me). Any tips on how to make comic strip bodies would be very helpful!
Dont have a title for this strip either, and I'm on the fence if I should add more heroes.. there are so many ideas i have for others, but it might be too many already. Vilians are in the process of being picked.
As for ideas for the actual comic stories, I have sketched out four already, but three of them are tributes to Doug's WaVP (awesome strip!)
Here the are...

Nice start.
Make sure to practice some character studies with them in
action poses too.
Those types of super-hero characters should be involved in dynamic action movement.

Can't wait to see your first panel strip?
Going with 4 panel run or 3 per gag?

I sure will practice those character studies a lot more! I did a few on paper before I put them through the computer, and it's fun as heck!

on yea, and those action poses i know are going to kill me! ><
I am unhappy so far with all of the attempts at bodies so far.
I dont want to make the bodies too big because its a comic strip (which happens a lot), but I havent found the middle point between big and small yet.

as for panels, the three or so I have made all have three panels. Not sure if I should keep it, or extend it.
