I want to make realistic pics of naked hotties, scan in 2D images, etc, then animate them

What is a good software package that can do this?

Start with a Mustang, flowers and a wad of cash. That animates most of the 2-D hotties I've encountered.

Bah, I have a stupid gf already, I want to make crazy animations of mutant hookers with dimensions like 78FFFFFFF, 12, 60 lol With HUGE bubble butts. Then make them to aerobics!
