I need some help.. I am totally illiterate on how to make gifs and how to change them...

This is what I need. I need this dancing Luigi:

On top of this Wii logo:

And I need it under 100x100 size and with Luigi still dancing lol. Thanks a lot to whoever can make this for me.

Well, to see avatars, youre gonna have to enable it from your user options
