Just decided to draw somthing on the computer from scratch..

So i sketched out the start of it and then i am going to add color and realism to it..

Some may be familiar with the theme.

Fantastic work Chris.

The detailing is amazing. How many layers have you created so far?

I still switch back and forth between the mouse and the tablet.
What I have now is just a basic Wacom 4"x5" set.
It cost about a $100 at Best Buy.

believe it or not the only layers im using are just different parts of the mech... left arm, right arm, missle rack, torso... and so on...

All of the detail work is like paint on a canvas...just paints on each part to create the details of paint chips and weathering.
