3d mustang

still trying to learn blender and doing a test of making a mustang 3d.

Its not very far. here is the start and then a version with a real quick uv mapping just to see if i could do it.

your is the best i have for the front. its still taken too close to the car so i am still looking around for a perfect one.

Maybe you can take a new one of your car from farther away. Maybe a good 50 ft out and crouched down mid level?

that would be cool too, but the realism that Motor City is can't be passed up.



One thing to note on 3d modeling, Without proper blueprints and pictures its really hard to make this. Its takeing me forever going basically vertex by vertex. and then I have to retweak them all to make the panels have the right curve and angle and eye ball the thing.

Maybe there is an easyer way to do it but i haven't found it.

man i can only imagine how hard the new edge will be, the fox is a pretty squared off vehicle and its time consuming.

tell me about it. Try it with regular drafting

I need to draft a complex (or simple for a reduced grade) by classtime (330) I did a very basic Millenium falcon for my first simple opbect, and it took forever. I just tried a snowspeeder and got raped by my drawing its so hard to keep track of everything, and I have no idea what to do now.
