Will this affect tunes?

In the spring I am adding the following mods, and was wandering if they would affect my BrenSpeed tunes, and if it is worth it to send it back to Brent for new tunes.
1) 285/40/18 Tires (Steeda Wheels)
2) Bassani Duals with H-Pipe
3) 3.73 Gears
4) T-Lok
5) U/D Pulley's

1) 285/40/18 Tires (Steeda Wheels) <- speedo correction (I think.. lower sidewall larger tire size errrrg)
2) Bassani Duals with H-Pipe <- A/F adjustment
3) 3.73 Gears <- speedo & torque management
4) T-Lok
5) U/D Pulley's
