v6 with vibration under car

I was wondering if anyone else with a v6 has a vibration under the car in park or neutral at idle. Mine happens when the car is warm (not idle warm-up but driving). Just got it back from dealer today (2 days they had it) and they are claiming that it is normal !?

Thanks

I have crazy insane vibration from underneath the car. Pretty sure its related to the driveshaft. Very noisy too, especially w/ the hurst installed.

There are multiple TSBs for this. Mine was fixed by adding a damper to the exhaust system per the TSB. Tell the dealer to check the TSB database.

I had a rumble under my car that started after I put my JBA true dual exhaust system. At first, I thought it was the bumper, then I got a GT bumper. Noise was gone for a day. Then it came back. Anyone know where I can get dampers for a dual system like that?

I have already had that TSB done for the exhaust vibration @ 850 rpm. Mine is while not moving and its not really a vibration you can feel but one you can hear (sounds like from the trans area).

The dealership replaced my muffler at about 32K miles. Heard the vibration at idle or revving, especially at startup.

Underneath, back right. I could go outside the car and hear it. Often it quit when it warmed up (this was when it was still cold in the morning).

I have the same thing I think and it is tranny related in my case. It goes away when the clutch is depressed. One day I will bring the car into the dealer, but it is 6 1/2 weeks old so I will wait a bit.

See this scares me. My car is in the shop now having dual exhaust being installed. I believe they had to remove the dampener in order to make the GT Takeoff mufflers fit. I will say, many V6ers with duals I have talked to say they have not had an issue with vibration......only time will tell.

I've got duel exhaust and I have a bad vibration when the car is stopped in drive, but when I shift it into neutral it goes away. I had the TSB done, but it didn't do anything.

Something is resonating. It should be easy to identify but you'd need it to be on the lift in drive and parking brake on.
