New to this site..... Wondering if I could get some suggestions to see if it's worth getting shorty headers installed in my v6 07 mustang I already have the dual exhaust... Would I notice the difference from the stock?

 

You will notice the sound difference, for the better. Get a tune/icai first, then shortys, they don't hurt, but they won't give 20rwhp either.

 

Thanks yea I have the cai and throttle body so I'm going to go with the tuner

 

Went with the Ford Racing CAI with a modified spectrum filter and tuned it to a racing with a fuel economy mode using a SCT tuner. Was easy to do and the girl runs 150 percent better.

 

watch ebay. i got a set of generic stainless shorties for $115 shipped a couple years ago. the install was pretty easy and they have been great.

if your gonna get a tuner, get the jlt cai/sct tuner/free custom tunes for life from americam muscle. its the best deal there is out there and the most performance too.
