LOL! Come on I'm not that gullible...

Doesn't double your pressure... simply keeps it more constant through the entire run...

I mainly bought it for capacity... Not only for the track but also when I drive to Flint to get the bottles filled!

Lets think logically about this..

Is there a switch, which switches from one bottle to another? No... So your basically taking one bottle, headed into one 100shot nozzle, and doubeling the pressure..

Now, the 100 Shot jet will not spray more than a 100 shot of Nitrous, but who is to say how effective doubling the pressure will be.. I can agree with the more constant scenario.. However, you have to somehow factor in the pressure being twice of what it once was.. Constant is a good word, but I think alittle more effective than just more constant can be applied..

Only way to tell is to run 2 bottles on the dyno..

Is there some type of low pressure regulator that keeps the shot "constant", regardless of the tank pressure? (until the tank pressure drops below this regulated pressure...of course). If so, then the extra tank doubles your CAPACITY (volume), not the pressure. For example--Two 25 cubic foot tanks at 1,000 PSI is 50 cubic feet at 1,000 psi--not 25 cubic foot at 2,000 psi.

exactly... both bottles will be at about 900 psi... they will basically level each other out... I mean 1800 psi would blow my hood off when the solenoids exploded! LOL!

The "maximizer" kit comes with a bottle, brackets, hose and a Tee. So you have both bottles supply N20 at the same time, same rate...

The Zex is supposed to be "smart" and senses the N20 pressure and adjusts the amount of fuel accordingly...

LOL!! Ok, no one said anything about a regulator.. LOL!! Well there you have it, your just doubling your capacity..

See, If you guys let him think it doubled his pressure, he would have run 10's.. Now we gotta live with 12.xx something.. LOL!! Its called psychology!

He-ith who believe-ith, shall do-ith!! LOL!!

I cant get any work done around here with all you stick to the rules racers..

I'm trying to get him to believe he can run 10's!! That way he runs atleast a 12.5 or 6!

Actually, I think just about anything hooked up to a high pressure tank will have a regulator. That keeps the flow constant, pretty much no matter what the tank pressure is.

Imagine if a 3,000 PSI scuba tank didn't have a regulator

Actually the N20 bottles don't have any type of regulator.. that's why it's important to have a pressure gauge... your bottle pressure get's to high and you'll ruin your solenoids...

Make sure you take a screenshot of the Dual Setup, should look pretty nice sitting in the trunk.. I dont remember, but is your bottle chrome or purple? I think 2 chrome ones would look really nice.. You could always take them both to a shop later have have them painted Screaming Yellow!

Also, the 1/4 mile page looks sweet with a few 05GT's sitting under your name.. LOL!! Your breaking the rules Scrming!! People are going to hate us now..

Correction

More than just a few!!

yeah... I know... the first thing I do when I get that better time slip is hurry up and enter it in to the list! LOL! When ever I think that 13.4 just isn't all that impressive I simply pull of that list and look at the cars below me... then I sit back and say to myself... Yeah, It's a V6... hehehehe...

Ok... my dual setup is going to look like crap this weekend... I pulled the shaker 1000 sub and amps... there is no carpet underneath them so that side will be bare... I plan on redoing all the carpeting in the spring... you know.. a nice yellow cutsom job! LOL!

Actually the purple bottles aren't bad... it's my wife's favorite color so I get some brownie points for them being purple!!! LOL!

You mean there's 900 PSI at the injection point??

That's usually where my pressure gauge sets when I have the bottle heater on... so that's what the supply line is seeing right up to the solenoids... 900 PSI.. My understanding is the solenoids tend to start malfunctioning if you get above like 1100 PSI..
