There are so many variations of this out there, but if you read most of them, it always will say hp gains are from 0-30 or whatever. With most being in that 0 range.

I had one in my Focus, it increased gas milage by maybe three miles to the gallon, but there are so many other variables that have to be taken into consideration that it may not have been the Tornado; like driving style, if it was summer or winter gas, etc.

As far as hp, I have no clue. It was in a Focus, not exactly a high performance vehicle.

So what this means is that if you asked a magic 8-ball if it would increase hp, "Signs point to no". JMO

One of our news stations did a piece on those and all the other bs gimicks that people are trying to sell to 'SAVE YOU MONEY and INCREASE PERFORMANCE' for just $19.95....

Not one of them increased fuel milage or performance and some of them made it even worse.
