I do realize that this has been a topic of discussion before, but I have been searching and haven't found much helpful information. For those that have it installed, what parts do you need. I know you need the t-lok unit, but what else, and where can i get all the parts I need. How much did it cost to have installed? How long did it take? Was it worth it in your opinion?. I would like all the information possible because I am very set on doing this to my car and would like all the info possible before I take the leap. Thankyou.

I wouldnt try doing the install yourself unless you're really familiar with working on rear ends. There's just too great a chance of having something mess up back ther.. and one wrong slip and there goes the whole rear end. I wouldnt expect it to cost more than 100-150 installed depending on where you go. Sorry I cant give more info on it.

I want one too, but haven't looked into it to go get it done.

I was also thinking if a GT rearend would bolt right on, that way I get the 3:55 gears, and limited slip. I don't really think it would though since they both have different type of driveshafts.

I am so glad my wife is very understanding! I just threw on a K&N intake on her Pontiac Vibe, so now she understands a little more.

what kind of gains do yall think we would gain from a superchips power programmer? If you changed rear ends you would need to let the ecu know right?

yes you would, and a reflasher will get you more/less 10 hp and similar tq. The good thing about them isnt peak hp, but the bump throughout the whole curve. Giving you more pep at all ranges.

Hi V6 members Im no vendor or anything like that, but the old ladies (v605) car was going to get a T-Loc and 3.73's, its an automatic. But...I was able to track down a 8.8, so a swap will happen in the future.
Basically...I have a NEW FRPP T-LOC & FRPP 3.73's for a 7.5 and would part with them if someones interested.

I guess this should go in the classifieds, but I was just reading around in here, and figured I would post about them, someone here could benefit from them. Feel free to PM is you wanna BS about them....
