So, i have access to alot of takeoff GT suspension components, and can get them quite cheap. Would it be benefitial to change the V6 components over, or would it be bad since the weight distribution is different compared to the GT???

the only difference in the suspension is the GT has a rear stabilizer bar.

The Last Road & Track tested the V6 and said it has a lot more body roll than the V8. So, I'd think there would be more differences, maybe the spring rates or something.

The front springs would have to be different for the extra weight of the V8. This would not be a wise exchange, V6 would ride to high in the front.
The rear springs may be different and wouldn't see an exchange issue there.
Rear sway bar is obviosly missing. This would be an easy exchange as all the mounts are there, just need ALL the rear sway bar parts from the GT.
There may be a different set of shocks/struts.
