Well that's where you're wrong! Powerhouse broke a T-Lok with a 150 shot of NOS. Several of us have NOS now. Also, the Powerhouse turbo makes 400RWHP at 12PSI.

I don't know what area you are in, but in Louisiana we have what is called redhibition. Threaten to sue the dealership for whatever your state's equivilant statute would be if they do not install a limited slip at their own expense. Let me know what happens.
