Rear Sway Bar
I have a few questions before I install my take-off GT sway bar on my V6 this weekend. I searched the forums and got some information, but also found alot of contradictions...so I just wanted to make sure before I start.
First of all do I have all the parts? I have the sway bar, mounts, 4 bolts that are clip-like (and nuts), and 2 larger bolts for the top bushings (and nuts). Is this all I will need for the installation?
Secondly, Will I be able to do this without a lift? I am not worried about taking the wheels off as I will be installing rotors this weekend too. Just wanted to make sure I can do this without a lift, and where is the best placement for the jack stands for those that have done this install?
Lastly, any tips? It doesn't look too hard, but that happens alot with these things...
Thanks for any help.

Sounds like you got everything. On a rack we installed one on a guys 05 v6 in just a couple of minutes. Took longer to figure out how the **** this sat in there, than to mount it in.

I completed my install a few weeks ago. If by mounts you mean brackets then yes, you have all that's needed. Just make sure the parts you have are genuine Ford (sounds like they are - since Ford makes those weird looking bolts). I didn't use a lift or take any wheels off - I used good old ramps and there was enough space under there. One trick I picked up on this board for installing the rear bar is to slide one end of the bar inside of one of the wheels. This will allow you to slide the other end in position easily.

He works for Clevenger Ford and is excellent. I'm sure everyone here will back me up on this. He knows all of the parts you need and will give you a good price.
