rear end collision - torque converter
My mustang was rear ended today. I was travelling northbound on a busy freeway and had turned right into a turning lane to go eastward and had to stop for a yield sign ( for eastward traffic) as traffic was moving to fast and to close to merge eastward. The vehicle behind me stopped but a little to close. I then moved a head a bit and stopped and then next thing I know I had Ford Explorer up the rear bumper. Does anyone know if this collision will have an effect on the torque converter? Should I have it checked out?
The mustang is being repaired and the insurance company is showing the incident as a no fault accident on my part.
