Question about lowering & wheel spacers

OK, So I've read various posts and am now more confused then when I started. Does anyone forsee any major problems if I installed the 1 inch wheel spacers from 50resto.com on all four and then lowered just the front? Would I need to start dealing with camber plates and panhard bars? Also which springs to get, can I even buy a pair just for the fronts? Any advice would be gratefully received!
