does a panhard bar and lca's benefit stock suspension in any way or only if you lower the car w/ springs, imma suspension newb...

would like to know wats beneficial beyond sway bars.

The stock panhard bar is crap. It is a heavy and cheap looking piece. That being said, I don't know if it would be worth buying if you aren't going to lower your car. The LCAs will certainly help get more power to the ground with a stock suspension.
