hello its time to change the oil on my mustang and ima do it myself what oil you guys recomend to put on it and my car has 14784 miles is there anything else i need to change i use to take it to ford to do it all the time they just canged oil and the oil filter is there other stuff i should change on it now that it has more miles

 

The manual has 16K as a fuel filter change point.

 

so i dont have to change spark plugs anything like that just the oil and the oil filter
