Hey all! I just purchased my XCAL2 from Lidio at Alternative Auto & now I'm looking for the MMR CAI w/red inlet tube for the V6 for the best price available. Anyone purchase this yet? Any direction you'd suggest pointing me in? Anyone have one they'd like to sell? Also, Lidio supports the C&L CIA, but I haven't heard much from that one yet. What do you think is the best choice?

A while back, I ordered a MMR intake with the red inlet tube. They sent me it without any packaging protection, the filter was dented, and it had atleast 3 scratches in the paint. On another foot, I have heard its performance is great...Just letting you know my experience.

I sent it back, and got a Steeda, I heave heard the C&L's are great.

 

There's a huge thread on the new C&L CAI .. check it out. It gets my vote.

 

I've got the MMR... one thing is it doesn't have the "heat shield"... When the car is sitting and idling the inlet temp does seem to go up pretty quick... I think I would go with C&L...
