If you can swing it I would get the new JBA true dual exhaust:

It's $629. I've got a Magnaflow muffler but I wish I had waited now. I may get the JBA exhaust anyway and sell my Magnaflow.

Personally I'd say go with the Ford Racing exhaust. It's manufactured for Ford Racing by Borla and has the sweetest growl...

I just went for the muffler delete option, made available by a Sawsall. That produces a nice deep growl. I have a tailpipe out to the bumper cover so it looks stock. Never been stopped.

I got mine from my local Ford Dealer for just under $200. At one point I've also seen them sold on eBay.

A single GT take-off muffler is a nice, inexpensive option. It has a great, throaty tone plus a hint of performance gain. Though, I'm switching to JBA duals very soon as soon as my GT bumper is put on. I'll have sound clips sometime next week.

I havent done anything, but I still don't know which route to take. I guess I'm going to go with a GT takeoff, then save for a complete setup untill I made my mind up.

Flowmaster, they sound hot and you can install them so they look factory.

Classic 40 2.5 inch offset offset.

My original plan is to put Super 40 3" on it, but so far I love the sound and performance from the Classic 40.
