Jba mufflers
#2
as far as performance i dont think one brand will that much better than another. only dyno can tell but i guess at MOST, a couple hp gain.
as far as sound, i think the jba sounds way better than the magnaflow.
but wat i'm wonderings is if the jba soundclip for the V6 includes the axleback AND headers.... that might've made it deeper or somthing.
i spoke w/ jba on the phone...some guy there said in about a month the axleback should be available to us....but he also mentioned something about backorder...
expect to pay around $250.
not bad. HTH.

Back in my day any exhaust system that sounded like that was designed and installed by a backyard hack. A smooth exhaust note is what we should have, popping in the exhaust sounds like you have holes in the system letting air in causing afterburning in the muffler or pipe( the signature popping and putt putt sound). Of course the younger gen may find it appealing, but to me it sounds like CR-P. I still say they need to go back and actually do some design work.
