I see these little chips all over ebay ranging from $2.00 to $20.00 claiming to increase ur HP by 20... this seems a little cheap? anyone try these and do they hurt your car, or void your warranty?

heres a link to one

20hp for $2.75? it won't void your warranty... it'll void your sensibilities.

I actuallty had a customer who bought one of those. It does exactly what it says "Fools your computer". I don't think that you will see a 20HP increase. If you want to try it out go to your closest RadioShack and pick up a 271-1716 and **** of your choice http://www.radioshack.com/category.asp?cat...10%5F000&Page=1 ,wire it in the signal output wire of your IAT sensor(not sure if the new Mustangs even have one, my buddy's '99 does my '02 doesn't). Adjust the resistence till you get it just right.

actually a potentiometer, and its overpriced! there is some science about it but you won't gain 20 horse power, maybe 20 shetland pony power
