Which gears should I get for an AOD V6?

Dont think you would notice enough difference with the 3.73's, my vote is on the 4.10

So it's pretty much unanamous for the 4.10s? Has anyone tried them on a V6 AOD? How did it affect the acceleration, gas mileage, highway speeds, etc? Any feedback would be great.
