My V6 is due for an oil change on December, but I was wondering if anyone here recommends a specific brand of fuel system cleaner before I buy one. Back when I owned a Civic, I used STP on it and had great mileage results with it. Is there one better than STP?

Lately I've been using Seafoam, it's multi-purpose and a few of the guys I know that use it, swear by it.

I like Prestone's in my current vehicle (not a Mustang). It's also multi-purpose and you can get it at Wallymart for about $4-5. I'm getting some today! I can feel a mild boost in power and also gives me about 3-4 more MPG while its in the tank.

How about Lucas Oil Products (namely the Synthetic Oil Stabilizer and Fuel Treatment)? Are they worth adding to the engine?

Lucas oil products are very good. Also Seafoam as mentioned earlier is potent! On cars with alot of miles, use it to run through the intake system and it will clean it out quite a bit. I was impressed with it.

How many miles are on your car Jeremy, I wouldnt think you would need any type of fuel system as of yet.
