Hey all. I was looking though the parts suppliers listings, and saw the ford racing site. Just for fun, I clicked through to take a look. Well, the first thing that really caught my eyes was the air filter. It looks identical to a K&N:

K&N:

So the question is... (and forgive me if this has been asked) are these the same filters? Is Ford using K&N in the racing part?

It looks like the price is about the same as what I can get the K&N Filter for (except the K&N I can get w/ free shipping & No Tax). Just curious if they're the same.

Ford Racing doesn't build many (if any) of their own parts. They typically OEM somebody elses. As Donna mentioned the Ford Racing exhaust was manufactured for them by Borla. I'm told the Ford Racing CAI is believed to be manufactured by Steeda.

It doesnt look the same, looks like the ford one is a hard casing, not soft rubber like the K&N
