forced induction.
Im not sure which to go with. A turbo. Supercharger or centrifugal supercharger. Anyone have one that they just love or wish they would've have got. Advice please.

This is tricky. I'm gonna get heat for this.
But unless you have a GT I really dont see the point. Why boost a V6 to V8 levels
when you can get a V8. Plus there's so many more options. Boosting is a rabbit hole. Once you go down the hole, you may not like how much you spent when you reach bottom.

OK. I understand.
I got a GT a few years ago and probably should have gotten a GT500. Now many thousands of dollars later I could have had that GT500 and now I'm looking to get a 2013. I've topped out my GTs performance and any more money on it would be money down a hole really. A very deep hole already.
Just trying to pass on a little well learned advice. I've enjoyed the ride, but if somebody had told me then, or if I had chose to listen if they did, I still probably would have done the whole thing just the same.

Yea I know that's what I was going to do originally but I really want to put a turbo or s/c into my six and thats gonna be it. Ima pass the car down to my son and get a new (by that time comes) super fast v8. Ppl always say get a gt. But I want to keep this six and make it fast. Then as I said later on will get an 8

I've supercharged my sixer, added a ford racing t-lok with 4.10 gears, true dual exhaust w/ x pipe, rear lower/upper control arms, and a custom dyno tune. It's definitely a fun ride. Check out the mustang collective, they are a TON of info about boosting the six. Also, it IS a money pit. But with what your planning on doing, I guess it doesn't matter.

It dnt matter if its a supersix or a gt500 a v6 is cheaper but a gt gets bettr gas mileage but u thro a t/c or s/c on a 4.0 i kno itl do jst as much if not more thn any gt especialy wth the few mods avalible so if ur heart us set on being original an goin all out on a v6 good luck to u bt it does tend to be more costly than a gt and gt has a variety more mods availible wich makes it easier to find the power
