Questions for the guys/gals that replaced thier V6 front bumper with GT from casco..
1. How did you wire the fogs into the existing V6 switch?
2. What was the condition of your bumpers when they arrived?
Thanx in advance...
Frank

Roy: Casco charges about $575-$600 for a set including the GT body parts and both mufflers.
Their website (w/ phone number) is http://crashparts.cascocompany.net/
You can also do a search for Cascotech on Ebay, he frequently has stuff listed there.
Shipping on my set (to Massachusetts) was about $150 if I recall correctly (you'll know why when you see the box. (Thnk a large refrigerator sized box horizontal on a double-sized wooden pallet)
Please let me know if I can help you with any additional info

Just had some fun with the car. While I was doing the change over, I found the car had apparently been built with one missing retaining clip and screw on the inner fender splash shield. No big deal but for a buck, I figured I'd order one and fix it.
Just went to the dealer to pick up the parts and ran into my sales guy, as well as the their internet manager who I know as a friend ot a friend.
They asked how the car was doing (they'd known I'd gone to KC and back with it). I said "great, it's out front if you want a peek"
They go out and the the internet guy starts "Looking good, really shar.....Hey!!! wait a minute....how the heck did you do that!!!" They were both pretty impressed with how it turned out (frankly amazed I think at how it looks like the car was built that way), as well as taken with the Redline Tuning hood lift I'd just installed last night

My Car is in the shop from an accident so I asked the Body Shop manager to replace the Front and rear (three car accident with me in the middle) with the GT' parts so he's doing that for me. I have the take off mufflers coming from casco and was wondering how people are hooking them up. Pipe Size, X pipe or H pipe, any ideas? Can't seem to find a good answer.

The one thing that seems to be (almost) universally agreed is that connecting the two sides is highly desireable with the V6 (either H or X)
Hi Paul,
I've been trying to contact Mike or anybody at CASCO for four days now, but no luck.

Did you ever have trouble contacting them?
Brian.

Same here. I was just doing a search to see if anyone else had any problems with them in the past.
The last time I heard from him was Monday. He emailed me and said he had what I was looking for and for me to call him. Called several times all week and sent a few emails. The last email came back as undeliverable.
VERY disapointed with my Casco experience so far.
Not a good way to run a business if you ask me.
BTW, he has plenty of time to put more parts on eBay.

Alot of people report having trouble getting in touch with Mike or Barb at Casco... the story I keep hearing is that email is pretty useless, and to just keep calling. I hear more and more stories about more and more people getting through to them each day, so dont lose faith yet!
I tried the email route, when that failed I called. I can say that after talking to him on the phone......well I've always been told if you can't say anything nice then you shouldn't say anything at all. I won't be spending any $$$ with him <_<
I had trouble contacting him, but i just kept trying till i got him
no biggie. Everything got delivered on time and he even covered the extra shipping to Puerto Rico, cant complain. He does have what u need and for a reasonable price, try calling Saleen and asking about their GT take off package! they have a ridiculous price. So far nobody that has done business with them has posted anything negative , aside from the hard to reach complaint. Good luck
