Day at the track and set personal best.

Well I've put some work into the ride and I wanted to see what i'd do before Norwalk and just run after a long winter. I had a few good runs and some not so good.
Before I got to run I took our the tire and a kid walks up and says hey what is that thing running, my reply "its just a Six" I really didn't want to talk at this point and just race. He responds wow that sounds great not like a six at all, are you sure? (DUH) Yep, I respond that is what Flows will do for you.
My first run felt horrible and I didn't like how it went at all but before I got to run a 68 Camao hit the wall about the 1/8 mile taking out 7 posts but he only bent his rim and dented up his fender he was lucky.
My runs:
60 1/4 MPH
2.233 14.81 92.74
2.159 14.765 82.34 (I let up to soon)
2.130 14.618 93.57
2.146 14.654 93.56
2.111 14.792 93.36
I ran 3 other runs that wer all 14.8, I changed my tune and messed up.
All in all my reaction time sucked bad, the car has waaaayyyy more in it and I need to learn how to drive. In my defense I had trouble warming the tires as it is only 50 degress today and over cast. I have a legit 14.6 car now and I really enjoyed building the car this way. I only wish I could have got everything out of it.

I have work to do!

EXCELLENT TIMES my friend!! For a 6'er you are doing very well. You could easily beat a lot of GT's from the 80's and early 90's, you should be proud!

Thanks, it was a good day but the car had some left in it and I got to figure out how to tap it.

impressive for a 6cyl. Seems like you are new? There was hesitation off of the line. Practice a little and you will be in the low 14's easily
