Clunk noise when pressing in the clutch

I have a v6 manual and I have noticed that every time I press in the clutch I hear a sort of clunk noise. It does it a little bit when just pressing in the clutch without changing gears, but the noise is louder when say shifting from 1st to second. Any else have this problem?

I have the exact same thing happen. Mostly when the tranny is cold.
