Just thought it would be nice to put together a post with mods everyone thought up that may not cost much. Ive seen alot of pinstriping ones, I used the silver metalliic sharpie to color in the ponies under the hood (looks great). Im not taking credit for that one I saw it done on another post and had to do it too. Im just looking at what kind of creative stuff people have come up with. Thanks guys.

Yeah. I'd like to see pics of how the Sharpie ponies turned out. Or at least the pic where you got the idea.

My free mods were cutting the antenna and removing the HC trap. (do those come on the V6?)

Also had the global windows re-activated. That's sort-of a mod.

The one in the Doorsill looks slick, I might do that.

A little more costly, but I thought this looked pretty decent: Sill inlay on Ebay

I just did the underhood ponies. I have the light graphite interior so I didnt think the doorsills would look as good. I am gonna order the custom doorsills eventually. The ponies under the hood look great though.

Depends on the definition of cheap. I have done all my apperance modifications myself. I guess the cheapest was the wiring conduit I had leftover from a previous car that I used when I wired the electrical for the driving lights. That kept the engine bay tidy looking and was free.

I used body color paint and painted my ponies.

I bought a "take off" spoiler for $110 and sold mine for $117. I think that was a cheap mod. Then added a $30 black out panel.

You can paint your brake calipers for $15 - $20. Duplicolor makes a complete kit that hase the tape, cleaner, and all. Was just thinking about picking that up and doing it this weekend.

Good one. Picked up the Duplicolor kit last week, probably going to tackle it this weekend too.

I too have the Duplicolor kit (Red, of course). I have seen photos of others doing this, and they not only painted the calipers, but also painted the disk INSIDE of the rotor clamp area. This area does show under the Bullitt rims, which I am purchasing.

How about some "4.0" emblems? They cost <$10 each.

I got bored today and rewrapped the wiring conduit in flex Red. I still need to get Red Electrical Tape for the spliced areas.... Meh... I try to keep him clean and tidy.

Man that looks even cleaner.
Mine's all black so unfortunately getting that nice contrast will never happen.
