Is it possible to mont the Boss 302 Strut tower brace on the 2006 V6 Mustang (base version) ??, it looks super cool

it says only 2010-2013, but what is the difference ??

they may have changed the strut towers, not sure. might want to give them a call.

ive only had one strut brace, its the shelby, and i can say it fits perfect and works great. got it from am. nice improvement in handling, just in case you might want to consider this option.

 

Where'd you get the yellow coils? Those are awesome lol

 

Don't know if it will fit or not but most of the V8 strut braces are to low for the 4.0SOHC V6 and will interfere with the intake manifold which sits higher on the V6 than on the GT. A stock Bullitt or Ford racing one for the V6 looks good and will fit. The Bullitt is exactly the same as the Ford Racing V6 one only it is black and stamped Bullitt instead of Ford Racing. I got the Ford Racing one and had it powered coated black. Clears my MP1900 TVS supercharger no problem.

 

those are livewires. sleeved 10mm wires from performance distributors

yep, i got 2 braces from am that they said would fit the gt and V6 and they wouldnt clear. the shelby brace was the 3rd one and it was the charm.
