4.0 CDC Shaker Installed

Hello All,
Wanted to share my newest and most favorite mod to date. CDC finally came through for me. I was more than happy to fatten their pockets for the new V6 Shaker system. Whatta ya think? I know the mods aren't over yet, but are they ever??? I've added a few more odds & ends since I last posted as well...Quarter Window Louvers, Rear blackout panel, etc...

My, how she's changed since she came home...

Also, I couldn't figure how to place the images directly into the post & would greatly appreciate a "how to".

Thanks,
TIM in TN

Here are a few pics of the underhood area close up as requested. Also, I'm thinking about striping the hood at the very least but not sure. Any ideas??? I thought REALLY hard about doing the project myself, but when it came down to it, my hands started shaking as I pulled the saw off the shelf. LOL! I took it to a trusted body shop in town. Out the door for under $100. It was worth the peace of mind. That being said, I now have an AEM Brute Force CAI & a Chrome Single-bar strut tower brace for sale. I'll put those in the for sale section in a minute. Here are the pics under the hood:

Looks great Tim, when I had my v6 and before I bought my cowl hood I wanted the v6 shaker but it took forever to come out. How functional is it? I know the GT shaker doesnt show alot of movement (compared to old systems) is it any differnt?

Congrats. Gotta love those shaker hoods.

Come on now you gotta atleast atempt to clean the engine bay before showing it off. Now that you got the shaker people are going to want to see what's under the hood and you don't want them to see that do you????

Shaun, no difference from the GT system. Not alot of movement. I know...Iwaited & waited for this thing & never spent THAT mod money. LOL!

Leo, I know...I was thinking the very same about the dirty underhood. So much so, I got out today & cleaned it with a fine-toothed comb (& even Q-Tips). LOL! I was waiting for someone to ever-so-KINDLY mention the dust & dirt. Gee...THANKS!
